1.2 Custom wig orders or special requests may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extra time is needed.

2.1 Standard delivery within South Africa takes 5 to 7 business days.

2.2 Pre-order items take 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

2.3 Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, location, and public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

3.1 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected delivery option.

3.2 Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specific amount.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

4.1 Customers receive an order confirmation email after placing an order.

4.2 Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Address

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5.2 Tribute Glam is not liable for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Courier Delays

6.1 Once a parcel is handed to the courier, the delivery timeframe falls under the courier’s control.

6.2 Tribute Glam is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

7.1 If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, customers should notify Tribute Glam within 48 hours of noticing the issue.

7.2 All claims will be investigated with the courier.

8. International Shipping

8.1 International shipping is available on request. Fees and delivery timeframes vary by country.

8.2 Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
